And it was a great Monday at that!

*  A great, hard-working, group was in for the 6am class.  Way to work Mike, Mary & Jason!

*  The 9am brought in some great people I had not seen in a while, some longer than others!  It was great to have Patrick and Ryan join Bonnie this morning!

*  The noon class came ready for a fight I think!  LOL!  Between Brad and 1.5K’s BIG Deadlifts, Jason getting in his second workout for the day, and Katie, Ann, and Cyndy all showing the boys how it really is done. Whew!  It was awesome energy!

*  The Evening classes rounded the day out well.  Aaron, Kyle, & Rehif all got their “extra work” in and then smashed the WOD.  All my ladies were there doin’ work and showing the world how women should workout!  Way to go ladies!

Deadlift  3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

Today’s WOD:

Complete the following in 7 Minutes:

Run 800 meters

As many Power Snatches as possible  (115 / 83)
